My Story

From 1995 - 2002, I was a conventional medical doctor. However, in 2003, things changed… My daughter was diagnosed to be on the Autism spectrum. We tried everything - doctors, speech therapists, ABA therapists, occupational therapists…


But they just couldn’t get through to her. After what was probably one of the most challenging years of my life, I eventually took my daughter to see a functional medicine doctor. The positive results were almost instantaneous.


We started examining her diet, movement, habits, and with even the smallest changes, we saw an enormous improvement in her behavior. Of course, I was intrigued and amazed by this form of medicine. So, I began studying functional medicine myself.


Fast forward 8 years, I am a Fatigue Decoder Expert with many years of experience getting to the ROOT cause of fatigue, chronic pain and brain fog.


Not to mention, a proud Mom to 3 beautiful children, 2 who who are on the spectrum… but now are THRIVING in the real world regardless. I don’t cover problems with band-aids…
