My Story

From 1995 to 2002, I practiced as a conventional medical doctor. But everything changed in 2003 when my daughter was diagnosed on the autism spectrum.

We tried everything -specialists, speech therapy, OT, ABA. And while each meant well, no one could truly reach her.

That year tested me more than medical school ever did.

In the midst of that struggle, I took a leap and booked an appointment with a functional medicine coach. It didn’t change everything overnight, but it gave us our first real sense of direction.


Not just in her behavior, but in our entire approach to health. By supporting her diet, movement, and environment, we began to see a spark return. That spark changed everything.

I became deeply curious. So I studied. I trained. And I stepped fully into this new paradigm of care.

Fast forward to today: I’m no longer just treating symptoms, I’m decoding them.
